GAPay can be used on a subscription basis hosted on our computers, or you may license the
software and install it on your own computers. The price of the subscription is based on both the
number of agents/brokers that you service with the product as well as the term of the
subscription. Use the Subscription Rates Table below to determine your subscription price.

 What Does Your Subscription Include?

Your subscription to the GAPay system includes the following:
- 24 x 7 x 365 access to GAPay for you and your agents/brokers from any computer with internet access.
- As many of your employees as you would like can access the system. (No per seat or per computer charges.)
- All upgrades, enhancements and bug fixes made to the system. (No support contract required.)
- Unlimited email support issues.
- Initial setup and configuration of your account on our servers.
- Initial creation of your company's commission statement form.
- Our technical staff regularly backing up your valuable data.
- Our technical staff monitoring the servers and the performance of the system.

Referral Program
|

For each new customer that signs up to use GAPay as a referral from you, we will reduce
your subscription amount by 20% of the new customer's subscription amount. This means
that if you refer 5 other general agents and they all sign up, you could be using the
GAPay system for free! If you and your referrals use different subscription plans, we'll
figure out the 20% savings and let you know.

You could even turn this into a money-making opportunity for yourself. If you refer and sign up more
than is necessary to pay your GAPay subscription, we will SEND YOU A CHECK for the
overage! Even if you choose not to use GAPay for whatever reason, you are still more than
welcome to sell the product and collect 20% for each sale you make, each time your
customers pay for their subscription. For example, if you sign up 10 agencies that pay
$99.95 per month, we'll send you $19.99 for each one per month, or approximately $200.00 per month!

Accelerated Development
|
|
In an effort to make the product useful for as many general agents as possible,
we always welcome customer feedback and suggestions. Many times, the suggestions
made by our customers are integrated into a future release of the product at no
charge to our customers.
|
|
|
|
On occasion, a customer may want to accelerate the development of a particular feature
rather than wait for it to make it into a future release. This type of development
work is charged at a rate of $150 USD per hour. Contact our
sales or support staff if you have additional questions regarding accelerated development.

|
Licensing The Software
|
If you would like to install GAPay on your own computers and be responsible for the environment
in which GAPay runs, you may license the software in one of two ways:

Without Source Code - Cost: $2,500. A yearly maintenance fee of $350 is required if
you wish to be eligible for new versions of the software.
With Source Code - Cost: $15,000. You own the source code and are free to extend
the functionality as you see fit, integrate it into your existing software, etc. You are not
allowed to resell, repackage, etc., and will be required to sign an agreement indicating how
the source code can be used.
