Support is available in a variety of ways. It is up to you to decide which method will best
meet your needs.

Email
|
|
Email support is free. It is included with your subscription. For non-urgent issues, email
is definitely the best, most affordable choice. Virtually all support email is answered within
24 hours. Use this email address for any email support issues -

Phone
|

Speak directly to a member of the GAPay support team to get answers to your urgent questions.
There are times when email support may not be ideal for you. When urgent issues arise, you may
choose to use our excellent phone support. Phone support is available Monday-Friday 8:00am -
6:00pm Mountain Time.

|
|
Since some customers feel that they do not need phone support, or they feel that they only need
phone support during the first few months of using the GAPay system, phone support is not included
as part of your subscription price. If you would like phone support, you may pay for it on a per
incident basis. The per incident charge is $50 USD. You will be billed each month for any outstanding
phone support charges.

On-Site Training
|
|
In most cases, on-site training is not necessary as the GAPay system is simple to use. There is
also complete
online documentation
available which explains each page of the system and will typically answer almost any questions
you have.
|
|
|
|
If you would like a member of our training staff to visit your company on-site, we would be happy to
do so. The price of on-site training is $1000 USD per day, plus travel expenses.
